Cydia's server issues have been well documented since 4.2.1 untethered was released.

Have thongs cleared up yet, is Cydia working as normal?

I don't want to jailbreak if Cydia isn't working, it defeats the object!

Works for me. Cydia always has problems the 1st day or so a new jailbreak comes out. Well documented Just takes a few days.
