I was wondering if my battery is going bad according to these specs? Will it make it another year?I've had it since March 1st 2013

It looks fine to me.

Edit: when the "FullChargeCapacity" gets below 1150, I would look into a new battery. That means you're at 80% of original design capacity.
At 1075, you'll be at 75% of original capacity. Basically your device will be getting 25% less life than it had when it was new. That should be quite noticeable.
