How is the 1080 camera of the 5S Compared to the Note 3 ?

Not sure which one has a better video camera.
To film with at an indoor place and the most cleared image if you were to take a snapshot of the video playing.

I know that my 5S's 1080p camera is pretty good, gets good low light shots but I haven't got a Note 3. The Note 3 has 4K but I don't think that this will make a big overall difference to the way that the video looks in 1080p.
