How is the 13'' actually updated?

Hi all,
I am confused in regards to the refreshment of the 13''. What is actually updated?
- still 8th gen processor.
- iGPU seems to be the same also.
- new keyboard.

Is anything actually updated besides the keyboard that would be noticeable in real life?

as far as I can see, seems it's only the processor

Aside from the keyboard changes it looks like just a 100mhz boost to the base clock from 2.3ghz i5 to 2.4ghz i5, and from 2.7ghz i7 to 2.8ghz i7. Same 8th generation processor, presumably still the 28w variant, although I can't find anymore details about it online. Overall really disappointing.

Slight processor speed bump, updated keyboard.
Can someone confirm if the SSD speeds are the same? They may be a touch higher?

It's a good old-fashioned speed bump. Still not going to buy one, the keyboard shouldn't be a controversial component but it is.
