How is the camera of iPad Pro compared with iPhone 6S Plus and Surface Pro 4?

It appears to have the same camera as the iphone 5s and ipad Air 2, isight f/2.4 slo-mo burst and 8 megapixel.
Iphone 6/6s have f/2.2 and anything before 5s doesn't have slo-mo or burst.
