I used Spotify for a while and was fine with it, but it was included with my plan and now is over, so I don't wanna pay monthly for it and I'm considering a switch to the Music app.

Do you suggest me Music or some other? (Only free apps pls)

I'm assuming you mean Itunes Radio? I only used Pandora previously, I have since deleted that app off my phone in favor of Itunes Music, so much better IMO

Unfortunately there are no apps that replicate what Spotify Premium does (ie being able to access a cloud music library as if it were your own and play whatever you want) for free.

The Music app is your personal music collection which you sync from your computer and/or purchase from iTunes. It also has iTunes radio, which is a free (ad-supported) radio service like Pandora. They're all good for different things. Music, Pandora, and Songza are all pretty good.
