Hi all,

I am just planning to get a Crucial C300 256G SSD,but I should know the performance if I install Windows XP system. XP system does not support Trim, but how can I turn it on? And it seems strange when my friend installed XP system, the Macbook Pro after finished copying files from XP disc,it would not reboot, just was broken down. Normally first time copies files it will reboot and then keep going on installing XP system. This really happened to my friend, his SSD is INTEL 160G G2. This SSD is very nice I know it. I am just worried about Crucial C300,should I change to Win 7? Crucial C300 256GB on Win 7 is working well as it supports Trim and brand new system. But I will have two systems MacOS X and Windows. However,Windows is not sure. I need somebody to give me some suggestiongs.Hope it will nothing happen to Crucial C300. This baby is just awesome.lol.

By the way,Crucial C300 is just designed for Win 7 not really for Mac system. It will be trouble, because it is just not working stabile. Anyway, just heard about it not really touching that. If somebody can really help me I would appreciate so much,I just cann't drop Windows XP system but Mac either.lol.

PS: My laptop is MC024 with i7 and 4GB Memory.
