How is the video camera for concerts(ip4)?

Has anyone used the iPhone 4 video camera to record any songs at shows? I usually use my digital camera to at least record a couple songs to have a a memento. I obviously don't expect excellent quality but I assume the video is better since it is in HD, I wonder about the sound though. It should at least be on par with a point & shoot digital camera right?

I'll find out on Friday. Rihanna is having a concert here in Tampa.
 
Just make sure it's well-protected in the event of rain--my iP4 drowned (almost literally) in my pants pocket at an outdoor Cake concert a few weeks ago. Cake definitely made up for the loss, but she's still gone...:rolleyes:

Finally a loud band. Anything could pick up a modest mouse, or cake concert. At least this quality is good and not all crackly like my digital camera was at The Offspring concert last year.

This September I'll be going to see Stone Sour, Avenged Sevenfold, and Disturbed with first row seats. That wil be a real test of how well the audio turns out. Gonna be nice and loudddd :)
