How is this possible (missing fitness data)?

Just discovered that some of my goals are totally messed up, after restoring my iPhone from iCloud backup. I have my standing goals, and it shows, but not in circles or as completed…

What is up with that, anyone experienced something like this? - any advice?

I have had to many weird issues lately. One of my reasons for purchasing Apple products is to avoid these. I always rant on Android for stupid issues, but here I am, a sucker paid for “it just works”, well, until it doesn’t 😳

The data is there, why not use it?
