Well.. I'm crazy so out of boredom.. so i put Windows 7 modded (lite version) on my iMac G3 (with virtual pc 7).

this is just for fun so.. I know everything.. I know probably it will be very slow and.. unserviceable.

here a photo of this crazy test:

Windows 7 has been known to run on VPC7 for a long time. :)

If you want to go really crazy, try running VMware within VPC. Or Windows 10 in QEMU.

I know.. but I don't know if someone try it on imac g3.. :D
Had W7 running on my dualcore 2.3Ghz G5 once. Installed iTunes, the point being so I could 'sync' with my iPhone. I wasn't serious, I was just seeing if I could do it.

Took around 15-20 minutes for iTunes to open up after I installed it.

So yes, you are probably the first to try it on a G3. Quite possibly, you might also become the oldest living person waiting for a mouse click to register.

Only time will tell. ;)
