How is trade in kit (empty box with label) sent to you in the US?

I noticed the trade in kit was sent looking at the order status page but I haven’t received an e-mail with a tracking number for it yet. Is the box sent UPS as well? Thanks.

UPS and FEDEX tracking has been late. I don’t think you’re going to get a tracking number from Apple for the return box.

I don’t see the trade-in package in UPS My Choice so maybe it is FedEx. My apartment complex sucks for packages and FedEx a lot of times leaves them downstairs so I have no way of knowing when I’ll receive it.
