how is your flash v10.1?

after updating my flash player to v10.1

I can't scroll down a page whenever my cursor is on a flash video,
example like my cursor is on top of a flash video, youtube.
i can't scroll down or up with 2 finger.

unless I move the cursor away from the flash video, it'll return to normal.
anyone having this?
