In several threads people are expressing their problems with the new LED Screens being yellowish and such. Of course most of these posts are by people who indeed have these issues while a whole lot of happy people do not post. This tends to create the idea the generally speaking the displays are off. However my guess is there are more people who are happy with their screens than that there are people who aren't, so for sake of statistics and getting a better idea of what's up with the new screens here's a poll :)

No yellow Tint on my Glossy MBP. Although there was at first then i put in that custom profile that i got in this forums and problem solved!.

I need to vote about 10 times because of the 2 15" MBP's and the 10+ or so I've seen on display at the 3 Apple stores I've been to, they all have the yellowing and most have flickering.

This is a fantastic idea. Great poll! Maybe it'll help put the reported colour problems into some sort of perspective or, on the slightly more negative side, it'll show that there is indeed a serious problem that needs to be looked at.

I have a glossy and a yellow tint is apparent ONLY when viewed at a 60 degree angle to the right or left...

I still casted my vote as perfect because who the hell really views their screen at a 60 degree angle?

So few votes? There are so many people here talking about their MBP's. I can't imagine these are all SR MBP owners....

I was just about to start a poll like this because I addressed this issue in my other thread.

I figured users who are happy are just browsing the forums like I did for the first week, without leaving any feedback.

This should be a quicker and easier way to get people's feedback.

P.S. if you haven't already, please go to https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/315184/ and post your MBP info.. I'm also trying to collect the data between the two different screen manufacturers (LG & Samsung) for these MBPs

my mbp is perfect. I think the reason people might be seeing the yellow tint is because of the viewing angle. if you look at it from certain perspectives it looks yellow. plus if you can calibrate the screen properly the screen is better. i recommend "iw00t's" calibration file. tis good :)

This MBP has a perfect Matte Screen, but there are several other problems with the computer itself and I will likely be exchanging it :(

That's not the only issue. When I look at mine straight on there is a yellow tint in the bottom one third. From the sides I am accustomed to distortion of colors.

hmmm...duno then. I ran that LCD Test from version tracker and my screen is fine. no yellow tint as far as I can see at the lower 3rd of the screen. perhaps its a defect on a few of the models then :S Or I'm just not looking close enough lol.
