How Large are the Garageband and iMovie Apps?

Hi all,

I'm still on the fence about what size iPad to get. Does anybody know how much space apps like Garageband and iMovie will take up?

The current iMovie app that is made for the iPhone 4 and new iPod touch is only 37mb, but seeing as how the new Garageband and iMovie apps have not been released yet, its hard to say.

Garageband will be released on friday, and iMovie will see an update of friday making it a universal app.

From my understanding, No, but Garageband should work for both iPads (but I'm not sure if it will be made universal to work with the iPhone and iPod touch).

I'm sure garageband will be large, since it has so many features. iMovie shouldn't be that much larger than the iPhone version.

I'm excited for garageband... I already have iMovie on my iPhone 4.
