How long after "Prepared For Shipment?"...

So this morning my order went from Not Yet Shipped to Prepared for shipment. I order among the first batch, when it still said "ships in 3-5 days." My question now is how long does it remain in this state? Can it stay as prepared for shipment for days, or does it mean shipment should be soon...like today?

I've read in some other threads it can take 12-24 hours to ship. But I'd like to hear from people whose orders have shipped.

I wouldn't sweat it. Mine went from "Not Yet Shipped" when I went to bed last night to "Prepared for Shipment" this morning when I woke up. 3 hours later I received a "Shipped" email and FedEx Tracking Number. I'm sure yours will change to "Shipped " status sometime today. give it some time & good luck!

My 32 GB, black, WiFi went from 'Prepared For Shipment' to 'Shipped' in about 4 hours.

I say 'about' because;

Last Night - Not Yet Shipped
This Morning - Prepared For Shipment
Just Now - Shipped

My SmartCover is still in 'Prepared For Shipment' status.
