How long before we see the current MacBook/Pro's on the refurb section at the Store?

6 months? When does Apple start to put current generation items up in the refurb section? I'm torn between a Macbook or Pro and I've always bought refurbs before, never new.

I've heard everything from one month to three. I'm guessing we'll start to see current-gen stuff shortly after Christmas or early in the new year: I don't think they want to sell as much of the new stuff at full retail as they can, and then in January (traditionally a slower month in retail) they'll start to offer refurbs.
