How long did your iOS9 update take today?

For me, about ten minutes. I am asking because a friend said his took three hours!

Often it can depend on the speed of the download (assuming we are factoring that in). Then it can depend on the device as older devices will take longer. Amount of free space can play a role too (even if it's still just enough to install the update).
