How long do I have before they ship my phone?

I mistakenly bought 2 iPhones and I can't cancel one of them since the sites are down and the phone lines are so busy that they reject me...

Question is: will they ship my phone as quickly as less than 5 hours away from now?? Or do I still have time to call tomorrow...?

So basically when will they most likely ship the phone out?

You can call tomorrow. They probably won't ship until monday.
