I just set up my new Apple TV 4K, and on both the Apple TV and my iOS devices it’s mentioning the free one year trial of Apple TV+, and also Apple Arcade for three months.

Apple TV+ looks pretty good, there’s definitely stuff I want to watch for sure on it, but I have a deluge of shows right now on network TV and Disney+ and whatnot. How long can I put off redeeming it before it expires or whatever?

also, if I end up getting a new Apple product later this year or whatever, is it possible to add another year to it, either before it’s expired or after the current year has expired, or after it’s expired? Not gonna lie it’s not a bad little bonus to get Apple TV with an Apple product.

oh, and can I cancel the subscription right away without having it actually cancel until the year is up? Or if I cancel it does it just immediately discontinue the service? In which case I would have to cancel it close to the end of the year. (Man I might resubscribe at some point in the future, but I have so much stuff to watch that I might not for a long time)

Boo! Darn I hoped it would be longer. Hmm, means I could start it early April, I guess.

and if I’m understanding this right, I can never redeem another offer, even if I buy more apple hardware?

can I cancel immediately bu keep service for the year?

You can only redeem one offer even if you buy more hardware.
As I stated above, if you cancel the trial ends immediately, and you will be charged the monthly fee for the service.
