iPhone 12 Pro How long do initial promotions usually last?

If I upgrade my X to a 13Pro it will cost me about $10/month with the Apple and Verizon deals. How long are these deals likely to last? Ideally I’d like to get phones for the family as Christmas presents but will be pretty ticked it the net price jumps on 10/15.

There are usually pretty good (or better) Black Friday promotions for new iPhones with the carriers. No idea yet what it'll be this year, but I wouldn't sweat it.
