iPad How long does it take for refurb ipad to restock?

Looking at buying an ipad 3 16gb refurb but the apple store has been empty for a few days, any ideas guys?
 
For models that are generally available in the store, it could be any day. Check back regularly.

I would not expect to see the new models in the refurb store until January.
 
Just my $0.02, but I would not expect to see the 16GB back in stock at the previous price of $379. That price seems to be more that Apples normal discount on refurbished products that are only one generation old.

I would expect to see 16GB units sell around $399, the same price as N.I.B. iPad 2's, when they come back in stock.

Edit: D'oh!!!!! I feel very stupid right now. I just checked Apple's refurb section and they appear to be back in stock at $379.
 
Try changing the store

I went into the Education store looking for a black 64GB Refurbed Ipad 3 and they only had the white. I changed it to the main apple store and the government store and both had the black. The price doesn't change as its the same refurbed price but it appears availability changes. :):)

I'm in the same boat.. I bought a Mini, but I miss the Retina display. I'm deciding between a 3rd/4th generation. I'm leaving toward a 3rd for $379 because the update is so minimal. I like the new lightning connector, but I don't know if I like it $120 more. :p
 
Ya I've got the ipad 4, 3 is the same, no real speed difference IMO, I'm sure on paper it's faster but not fast enough to make it noticable as the 3 isn't slow in the first place. Come on apple restock that **** lol
