My bill cycle ends on the 13th... it's the 24th now and my bill has yet to post to my online account.

Is this normal in the tradition of AT&T's amazing customer experience I've had thus far?

With Verizon my bills would post within 48 hours.

Mine always takes less than 3 business days and it should post on my Online Account Management. Give them a call (611) and ask what happened to your bill. That is kinda odd, unless they're doing something you're now aware of.
