How long does it take process uk ipod rebate

I sent my rebate off on the 7th September and it still says that its being processed when I check online.

How long is in this 'processing' stage? I notice in the FAQ it says that it takes 4 - 6 weeks after the rebate is processed to get the rebate, but nothing about how long it takes for the rebate to actually process.

Anyone out there know how long it takes to process? Is there anybody that I can contact at the rebate place about this?
