How long does it take to restore iphone 5 and remove jailbreak?

I am restoring my iphone so it will delete everything, including the jailbreak. It has slowed down my phone too much. How long does this usally take?
About 5 minutes or so. Quick and easy just make sure you do it through iTunes on your computer (not "erase all content and settings" on your phone).
Oh, i did. Made that mistake once, and learned my lesson. I am restoring it through itunes on the computer and updating to the ios 7.
