How long does it take until new printer drivers come out?

i have a canon and a hp printer and i can't print until new drivers come out. How long does this generally take because i really need to print.

Have you checked the install disk to make sure they are not there?
They might need installing separately?

yeh i installed the drivers for my hp and canon drivers from the disk but they are not working with my computer and printing

Same here for my HP. Hoping the drivers come through an update soon.
