How long does it usually take for referbs to become available?

Im keen to get one of the new 2011 macbook pros and id like to get a referb due to the lower price but i was wondering how long it usually takes for the new models to become available on the online store?

Id like to get the computer in the next 3 weeks or so, what do you guys think, any chance of that happening?
