iPad How long does your battery last?

For those of you who have already received your iPads, can you comment on the battery life compared to the Air 1?

This post is a bit premature because people just started receiving their iPads about 24hrs ago, their's no way to know just how long its lasting from this kind of usage.

I really doubt someone used their iPad for 10 hours straight and at this point no one can claim 2-3 days of standby.

Wait a few more days to discuss battery life.

For those of you who have already received your iPads, can you comment on the battery life compared to the Air 1?

I can tell you in 24 hours when I had a complete day testing. Today it felt about the same as my retina mini, maybe a bit better but of course this his highly subjective

Currently at 7 hours 45 minutes with 40% remaining. Lots of Safari, Twitter, bit of video etc. It's been a gloomy day so its's usually been at around 30 per cent brightness.
