I put mine on the charger about 2 hours ago and it's not 100% yet.. is that normal for it take that long? I've just had it for 2 days so I'm not used to its charging patterns yet.

im not sure, i charge it when I'm at work or when I'm at home chilling, I'm sure the experience is different when you're waiting for the watch to reach 100% because you're going out.

but for me its been fairly fast.

well today I'm not going out at all and it seems to be taking forever. I put it in airplane mode so hopefully that helps. I wish there was a way to clear out all background apps to make it charge faster.

Doesn't seem that long. I usually charge mine for a couple of hours in the evening whilst I'm running, cycling, having a bath etc, and then wear it during the night and the rest of the day.

I've noticed that. It seems like the 90% phase is even slower.

Yup, that's how charging works.

But was your watch at 0% when you started charging? Normally, I have between 10-30% left when I put the watch on charger, so it takes a little less than two hours to charge fully.

I think it was at 34%.

Okay I'm checking it now - what it dropped down to 97%? And it's still not at 100 yet and it's on airplane mode. So weird...
