I am currently on my 3rd iphone 5 after buying my first last week.
This one already has a failing home button.
Is it possible for me to get a refund? I purchased it in an apple store uk?

Apple has a 30 day return policy for iPhones.

You bought it from Apple so you should have 30days to return it.

If you're on your third iPhone shouldn't you already know the return policy? Especially if it's from an Apple store?
