How long for delivery?

I am ordering a Black, 32 GB, wifi, engraved iPad 3 from the Canadian Education Store with a poly smart cover to Toronto, how long does this usually take for delivery?

Why not phone them and ask? Pretty simple really

They probably sent you a tracking number, or you could ask for one.

Yes, I know I can look at the tracking status, but, the smart cover and the engraved iPad moved into 'Preparing for Shipment' together but only the smart cover has shipped and is scheduled to arrive well before Apple's estimate, and the AppleCare+ and Back to School Gift Card are still 'Processing'.

So, once again ( ), how long does it usually take to ship and deliver?
