How long from Preparing for shipment to actually shipped?

FYI 38mm Space Gray Sport ordered at 0700 on launch day. Expected shipment always said May 21-Jun 4.

This morning my card was charged and status is now preparing for shipment. How long does it normally take to actually ship once the item has gone to "preparing for shipment"?
 
I am wondering the same thing. Preparing to Ship this morning...now I am really excited!!

I don't think there is a "normal." Just be patient. It will happen. Mine was nearly 24 hours. Likewise when you get your tracking number the tracking number may not be immediately active in the UPS system. But relax, it will almost without fail delver as promised,
 
From what I've seen from others and my past and current Apple online ordering experience, 24 hours or less, often as little as a few hours.

The product has been pulled out of inventory and is officially in the delivery pipeline. Since the order and shipment cannot be stopped or canceled at this stage, it is pretty far along in the process.

It's on its way!

Did you finally get your tracking number? I got my PFS last night and am waiting now for the tracking information x_X
 
Yay I am in the same boat! Can't wait to get it - my husband got his watch on 4/24 and I have been jealous ever since.

Ordered a 38mm Sport with white band for my Mom for Mother's day on April 26th, and its out for delivery now. Credit card was charged Monday night/tuesday morning and it shipped yesterday
