My 8 months old 20" iMac G5 broke down april 5th (assumed powersupplyfailure) and was send in for repair. That took 3 weeks (to be fair, it was over Easter). 28 hours after I got it back, it broke down again with, apparently, the same failure and had to be send back for repair again . This is now 10 days ago and still no sign of my iMac.
Now - this is getting pretty annoying. First of all, I did switch to mac to get a more stable platform to work on, compared to Windows, but a stable OS isn't worth much if the hardware breaks down. Second of all, my private (but not less important) projects are piling up, after more than 5 weeks without my mac. HOW LONG AM I SUPPOSED TO ACCEPT TO WAIT
