I'm not sure why you would want to cancel. I wouldn't worry. With the rush of millions of phones being ordered today, it is going to take a while.

Once you submit your order, it is a binding contract and you are legally bound to fulfill payment.

If you ordered on Apple.com you have the option of cancelling your order now. It is really your only option and you can not edit, like if you want to change models. That is not going to happen.

In processing could take quite a while. Just remember you're not the only customer during a busy launch like this.

If you'd like faster service go through your carrier. Last year AT&T got my iPhone 5 to me overnight by 10 AM. It was terrific.

I believe that all the ordered 5S units are coming from China so no one will be getting overnight
