I part-cancelled an order from Apple Online about a week ago. It was part of a iMac/iPod/Mac Mini order (I cancelled the Mini) but continued on with the rest. However its over a week now and the cash has not gone back into my bank account via the Debit Card I used to pay for it.
How much longer should I give them?. I have rang and the tele-droid told me that it should be done automatically. But if no success - can I demand to speak to a `supervisor' or can I expect a wall of inaction?. Ahem.
