How long until 2.5GHZ 15 inch base model refurb?

I noticed my good intentions on a MBP. I would love a MBP with at least 250GB HD space, and it would be a plus to get a 512mb graphics card on a middle base model refurb and .1GHZ upgrade than the 1st MBP new base model and have to upgrade to a 250GB. I would be using my EDU discount if I spent money on the new 1st base model.

How much do you think a middle base model refurb MBP might cost in the future? And is there a possibility of an EDU discount on the refurbs? Thanks.

You don't get an EDU discount on refurbs. Generally refurbs are discounted 15%.

I would say you will see them in Late April/May at the earliest. It is basically March 1st and the MBP won't be updated again until probably July.
