Just curious what everyone’s experience has been with this. FedEx shows my old 12Pro delivered this afternoon back to Apple, however it doesn’t yet show received in the Apple Store app. After having my 11Pro stolen/lost by FedEx last year this whole process gives me lots of anxiety. Thinking forward to next year, can an IUP return be done in store?

My guess is yes. I don't do IUP but have traditionally traded in my devices direct at our local Apple Store. That's the safest way unless you wish to use US Registered Mail at your own expense.:rolleyes:

Yeah to be honest I’m shocked FedEx actually delivered it this year. They’ve been awful. I did get a shipment exemption and the label had to be replaced. Which seems suspect. Hopefully by tomorrow Apple will show having received it.
