How long until someone makes a real charge&listen adapter for the iPhone?

I know about that Belkin adapter, but it's big, clunky, and still requires yet another adapter to use for audio. The first company to make a relatively small lightning adapter with a headphone jack and lightning on the other side will make a fortune. Basically, make the iPhone dock into a dongle. Maybe I should disassemble a dock and use that. :/

I'm surprised Belkin hasn't yet, the one they came out with seems pretty pointless for most people as who wants to use lightning earpods and charge at the same time...The same thing but with 3.5mm would sell way better, I guess they just didn't want to stick a dac in the thing?
