How long would i have to wait for an imac i5 or i7? I know they're backordered, and i'm thinking about just picking up a $1500 21.5 from best buy this friday...
I'm going to be using adobe cs4 and final cut studio, but i'm not in desperate need for massive power (ie the quadcore), and the money i'll save getting the 21.5 would make my life much easier anyway...
I'm also wondering if anyone thinks the quad cores will be in the low-mid range imacs within a couple years...I wouldn't mind getting the 21.5 now and upgrading to a quad core when they become the norm. Also, wouldn't mind waiting to buy a top-o-the-line imac until they get blu-ray...
