Wait... you think it's pathetic that Apple can't bully people into doing it their way? These companies paid a lot of money to design and trademark their look. If they don't want to change, that's their choice. If Apple wanted to give us control, they would have just made an icon picker and allowed people to sell icon packs in the app store. Would have made them a nice chunk of change. But they left the control with the app developers. Maybe they had legal concerns or security concerns or just didn't want to piss off developers? Who knows? But that's the OS we got. And now it's been an entire year, so I don't most changing their icons at this point.
