Not going to actually coin but I probably have about 5 paid (CoD, Pages, Keynote a couple others maybe?) and have done about 20 free (some of which I've got bored with and deleted).

The Mac App store just isn't a big deal to me. Then again, I guess I don't buy much software for my Mac...

In total I have about 30-35 and probably 15 paid for, rest are free.

Around 60 total. Around 25 free, rest paid. I mostly get games on the MAS, it's just much more convenient. I have, COD4, Bioshock, all three GTA games, many of the Gameloft's games (NOVA, Asphalt, MC Domination, etc..), and many other puzzle/board games.
