I can’t be the only one obsessed with changing up my cases every so often. I was going through my junk drawer and still have 4 iPhone X cases and a few iPhone 12 cases also. ?

How many cases does everyone currently have for their phones and what do you do with them when you get a new phone? Or do you keep your phones for longer than a year so you actually get to use them all?

I actually liked getting another case maybe one or two years into using a phone to get a bit of the novelty back when using it, but with the iPhone 13 Pro, I can't seem to find any that I like.

Usually, I was always happy with the official Apple leather cases, but on the 13 Pro I don't like the Golden Brown color and the fact that it always pops off at the edges. I tried a different one recently that seemed to fix that issue, but it had other more basic problems with the fit, so I ended up returning it.

Now I think I'll just stick with the one that I have, because when I sold my iPhone X before getting the 13, I ended up with three different cases that were essentially useless and worthless at that point. It ultimately felt like a waste, especially considering that a couple of cases can easily cost you 100+ €/$ and are essentially unsellable.

But I completely understand the desire to get different cases and to change them every so often.

I too have quite a few cases laying around from older iPhones that I haven’t gotten rid of yet. I have been liking a silicone case brand I’m using from Amazon that is cheap so if I did get quite a few of those cases I won’t feel too bad. I do feel like a waste though since I had about 3 Apple silicone for my mini and now they’re useless.
I also want a silicone case for my 13, but I think I’ll wait till the spring release and get one of those. We’ll see.

Until recently, I used to be a case addict. I had around 10 cases for my iPhone X and 4 or 5 for the 11 Pro. When I upgraded to the 13 Pro, I got an Apple leather case. I always wanted one, but the former design with the open bottom was a dealbreaker for me. As telecommuting winds down, I've been going to the office a lot more often and felt the need to get a case that will be able to withstand a drop better than the leather one. I ended up getting the Rhinoshield Solidsuit.

I probably won't get any more cases (never say never), but the two that I have set me back around $100. I have better things to spend my money on than something that'll be useless in a couple of years.

For my 12 mini, five cases:
- SB leather;
- baltic blue leather:
- product red silicone;
- spigen ultra hybrid black;
- spigen crystal liquid.

And most of the time I use it naked ?

I only ever use one case at a time. For the past few iPhones it's been Apple's black silicone case. However, from my normal usage neither silicone case has lasted the full 2-3 year cycle of my iPhone. I switched to a Spigen ultra hybrid (crystal clear) and I'm not a huge fan of it but it's way too late into the phone's lifecycle for me to consider another case. Next phone, I'm going to give Apple's cases one last shot and try the leather case.

Years past I’d have close to double digits. Usually the official leather cases. For whatever reason this year I’ve only got two. The midnight leather and the spigen ultra hybrid MagSafe clear case. No real Interest in any others right now. Been going case less at home most of the time lately

I have seven iPhone 13 pro cases and fifteen iPhone 12 Pro cases

I’m a case addict but unfortunately life has given me some challenges lately so I’ve only been able to afford one case. I’m looking forward to buy a Andar leather case.

In the past, I have bought countless cases for previous iPhones, just because I constantly got bored of the current case - most just remained in the packaging and ended up being sold on ebay for half their value. :rolleyes:

I'm happy to report though that I have just one single case for my current iPhone 13 Pro (which I have had since September) and that's the Apple official leather case.

And I'm sticking with this - I am no longer an iPhone case junkie...!!

:apple::)

I have - no case. I have never used a case on an iPhone. Nothing against cases, I just don't.
I subscribe to the theory of "luck", when I occasionally drop my iPhone. So far, so good. I've never lost a screen, and my present daily-use iP 6s, 5 years old, only very minor scratches along the edges. I've never taken the time to look at cases.

Too many, I usually have about 3-4 cases that I switch between every few months or so. Usually a super thin case and several leather cases. Right now I have 4.

I had 7 with my 12 Pro Max,
- Nomad
- Spigen
- 2 x Pitaka's
- Apple Leather
- 2 x Clear TPU

So far only 3 for my 13.
