how many copy oem win7 home prem need to Bootcamp & Parallel on the same iMac

I looked through the entire forum but can't be sure what is the correct answer. I want to setup both bootcamp and parallel in my soon-to-arrive 27 iMac. How many copy of oem win7 do i need. Some said i need one each for bootcamp and parallel. I saw some other said to install bootcamp first and use parallel import function to setup win7 on parallel.

Does anyone has the correct answer?
