how many current iphone owners are upgrading to a 3g iphone?

I'll have to see how the true d/l speeds are before I upgrade. If the xtra speed is worth $15 more per month I'll do it, but my bias right now it toward just waiting for a 32GB model.

I'm definitely going to. GPS would be indispensable to me as I get lost very easily unless I know the area like the back of my hand. Plus I'd like the extra space and 3G so for me, definitely worth it. I've even mapped out how I'm going to get there since I'll be going to an appointment before I can pick it up.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU like Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/420.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0 Mobile/4A102 Safari/419.3)

I will not. I have only had the 1st gen iPhone for a few months now and plan to enjoy the new 2.0 features with mobileme. Will wait for the 3rd gen iPhone.

i plan to only if i could get rid of the data, I don't have data now cuz i go to school in an area where there's no 3g coverage and wi fi everywhere. so if they let me dump the data like on my first iphone then yeah im for it, if not then screw the 3g iphone
