How many devices can the apple wireless keyboard pair with at the same time?

I am looking to buy an apple wireless keyboard to use with my PC, Macbook air and ipad.... the question is, can I use the same keyboard with all three without re-pairing and deleting connection all the time (of course i'm not going to use them all simultaneously)

Yes. I don't believe there is any limit. I have mine paired with more than a dozen devices.
