Just curious to see how many people using the 4.0 beta downgraded already And your reason why ? Or will you be sticking it out for next few months ?
Thanks

you can downgrade using irecovery after restoring and getting a (i think) 1503 error.

I tried it out of curiosity and downgrading does work but u keep the updated baseband

I think you can but the baseband stays at 4.0 not sure if that would cause a problem though

Would keeping the 4.0 baseband on the older firmware cause any problems?

Good luck with downgrading. I just tried because a game of mine doesn't work and then spent the next 5 hours just to get iTunes to recognize and restore to iTunes lol.

I do really like 4 though. I can't wait until the official release :D

I have downgraded for now because some apps i use often force close. It does keep the 4.0 baseband. This isnt a problem on older firmware but it will prevent you from unlocking with blacksn0w etc.

I have thought about downgrading, but have not yet done so. There are quite a few big bugs in 4.0 -- such as black screen of death after downloading an app from the app store (on 3G). I hope that they come out with 4.0B1 soon.
