hello, i recently decided to install Windows XP on my macbook. I was wondering though how many gigs should i allot to windows using bootcamp? Also can i run ALL windows programs on it? because i was thinking of installing battlefield 2 on the windows os. Any help would nice

how much space is really up to you, i think xp pro requires 1.5 gig for the OS alone, so the rest would all be storage space. I have 100 gig (out of my 1 TB) dedicated to bootcamp

All windows programs will run on bootcamp because you are running windows natively. the only limiting factor (especially when it comes to games) is the actual hardware iself - i.e. is the laptop powerful enough as far as graphics, memory, etc.
 
Some users have reported having licensing issues with Autodesk products. Check the forums.

My Vista partition is 64 Gb, but I really only use it for gaming.
 
For most applications, if you plan on only installing one or two games, 30GB should be just fine for the size of the Windows partition.
