Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this...

I'm basically trying to find out if anyone knows where I can find info/data on how many Macs are registered in a given area- in this case a certain county. Why? I happen to work for the company that helps manage and maintain their website, and since Safari 3 came out, we've been having some issues- mainly that Safari 3 freaks out due to our servers having UTF-32 as well as UTF-8. Safari 2 could figure it out and displayed things fine, but not so with version 3. It seems to not be able to work out that UTF-8 is there, and wants to only render the default of UTF-32, which gives us nice little squares.
The only reason we plugged in 32 was for stupid IE7- the county's Registrar of Voters site has multilingual support, and special characters (like a spanish n, or certain vietnamese characters) don't render without that setting.
This is becoming an increasing interest with the county, but not pressing, since the number of Mac users vs. PC users is small (though more PC users who use Safari 3 beta are now complaining). I'd like to find something that shows the number of registered Macs in that county.

Does anyone know how to find this out?
