Let's have a head count of those serious about a 3G iPhone Pay & Go with O2 in the UK, who want to know the price so they can decide whether to buy or fly.

I'm wondering what's going to happen when people damage their 3g iPhone's and need them replaced? Is Apple still going to charge $250 to replace a shattered screen on the $199 phone or will AT&T make people purchase a new phone at full retail price?

I think they would make them pay full price. Why would AT&T subsidize a replacement phone, especially when it isn't a manufacturer defect, but a cracked screen.
