How many people will wait online for iPhone?

How many of you guys will wait online for the iPhone the day before it comes out? I know I will!!!!

but ill likely be there to get my new iphone....and raped by ATT since i just bought the 3g a month or so ago...

(on a side note...my online att account says that I can get a discounted upgrade if i extend my contract...how is that possible..i just started a contract and got the iphone a month ago..)

People in the northeast, especially New York think they are standing on an imaginary line on the ground. He probably also suffers of this problem, and means "in line" and not "online."

The day before it comes out? Please don't. We, the iPhone crowd don't want to resemble the Pre's success in line turn outs by showing up the day before launch...

Just do a drive by every now and then of your Apple/AT&T store to scope things out. But you do know that as soon as someone lines up, people are quickly to follow. (It has been in the last 2 iPhone releases).

I'm going to wait in-line (in defense of the OP "on line OR in line" depends on where you are from.)

Me and the hubs, and our oldest son have done it the past two releases. I love meeting all the other fanboys/girls.

As long as you bring your comfort stuff: blanket, chair, laptop, and lot's of coffee it's pretty fun.
