How many phones for an ATT Store?

Im just looking for a Black 16GB, how many does an average ATT Store have? When should I get in like? 3-4am?

I plan on getting outside my nearest AT&T store at 4-4:30 AM. They told me last year they had some of every model, but that they did have people lined up by 4AM, and the line got to around the building by the time they opened.

On average a carrier store only gets around 40-50 phones and that's if they are lucky.
